We have some two months problems connecting to the server, seems much like it is busy

Do you actively support the commercial shared version and want to receive our money for it or should we look for another options?
I have to say, our company used to use this plugin and hopes the sharing will work again.

Sorry for not answering. There a lot of things happened during this year and I was very busy. I will support commercial version. But I need additional investigations, I'm not sure that the add-on is compatible with current version of Thunderbird.
I finally restored access to the server and restarted it. At least download link works. There is subtle bug in depths of Java runtime, once per month or so server start eating all CPU and requires manual restart.
Currently I'm trying to restore passwords to user databases, they are buried somewhere in old system backups. As soon as I restore them I will able to manage users.
I have also read the message on Thunderbird plugin pages. I am not a marketing guru but can tell you, that we would most probably pay you for the product because we used to use it but you did not asked us for the money... you let the app free
So, if it works and price is ok, we will pay. I suppose we ere not the only ones, but ask other customers.
Maybe, the key is the communication with your users.
